Bill Black is a Kilkenomics regular. He is an American lawyer, academic, best-selling author and former bank regulator. He is currently an associate professor of economics and law at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Bill assisted Icelandic and French leaders responding to their fiscal crises and has testified to US Congress about the financial crisis, specifically on regulatory failures and the role of control fraud in the bubble and crisis.
